Current Opening - Marketing Communications Manager

Panini is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Communications Manager to join the Global Marketing Team. The Marketing Communications position is responsible for the identification, development, and delivery of all communications targeting external stakeholders including customers, media, analysts, governments, and associations (partner communications are managed by the Channel Marketing position).  Responsibilities include trade events, web site(s), newsletters, press releases, advertising, media relations, analyst relations, industry infrastructure marketing, direct marketing, and customer case studies / testimonials. Potential candidates must currently reside in the Dayton / Cincinnati, Ohio area to apply.

Major Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, develop and deploy all communications targeting external stakeholders
• Web site development, maintenance, updates, and enhancements
• SEO and Social Media programs
• Development of industry infrastructure models for targeted geographic markets
• Execution of industry infrastructure marketing plans
• Trade show coordination and management
• Media and analyst relations including materials, meetings, and briefings
• Public relations activities including media engagement, press releases, articles, and public speaking opportunities for company executives
• All advertising activities including print, web, directory, and inserts
• Branding standards definition and adherence
• Direct marketing activities targeted specific stakeholder segments
• Develop annual plans and budgets and manage to defined expectations and objectives
• Launch and manage marketing projects, including project management dimensions by providing activity plans, status monitoring, milestones management, issues highlighting and solution definition
